What is the 10th anniversary reception?
NJJN will host our 10th anniversary reception on the evening of Monday, July 20th, to celebrate NJJN's 10 years of seeking justice and building a movement! That's a big deal. We plan to celebrate the power of joining together to advance reform and the hard work of youth justice advocates. We'll honor our founders; Jennifer Gonnerman, author of the Kalief Browder profile in The New Yorker, "Before the Law" (which was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize); this year's Gutsy Advocate for Youth; and youth justice visionaries Patti Puritz of the National Juvenile Defender Center, and Bob Schwartz of the Juvenile Law Center. Plus, we'll generally whoop it up and have a good time. (We strongly encourage our members and partners to attend.)

How can I congratulate the honorees?
You are invited to take out an ads in our reception program/Forum agenda to celebrate any or all of our honorees. If you or your organization would like to do so, just email us at info@njjn.org to make arrangements.

If I register for the Forum, am I automatically registered for the 10th anniversary reception?
No. You will need to register for the Forum and the reception separately.
