WCAA is working to create a society that recognizes and works to ensure that every child:
- Is economically secure and free from poverty and its debilitating effects;
- Has quality health care;
- Has quality educational opportunities throughout their childhood;
- Is safe from all forms of abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence; and
- Lives in a nurturing family, in a supportive community committed to children’s development to their maximum potential.
WCAA is the Wyoming KIDS COUNT Grantee.
