Upcoming Webinars March 21 and April 4, 2019
Know an advocate or organizer of color with a passion for reforming the youth justice system? Someone who wants to further develop the leadership and advocacy skills you use for systems change?
The Youth Justice Leadership Institute is a robust, year-long program that includes leadership development, training in juvenile justice system policies and practices, theories of change, and advocacy skills development. Our program is geared for individuals of color working as professionals in the juvenile justice field, who may also be young adults who are system survivors themselves, family members of someone in the system, or victims/survivors of crime.
This year, Institute coordinator Diana Onley-Campbell will host an informational webinar for prospective applicants. The webinar -- presented on two different dates for the convenience of applicants -- will provide background on the Youth Justice Leadership Institute, an overview of the fellowship's structure, expectations, and outcomes, a review of the application process, and answer any questions that prospective applicants may have.
Dates (choose only one):
>> Thursday, March 21, 2019, 4-4.45 pm EST. Watch recording here.
>> Thursday, April 4, 2019, 4-4.45 pm EST. Watch recording here.
Can't make either date/time?
Register for one of the scheduled events -- all registrants will receive an email after the recordings are posted.
