Dear 2021 YJLI Cohort,
Congratulations on completing the 2021-2022 Youth Justice Leadership Institute program!
Thank you for your commitment to YJLI. Stayin in community with us while the world continues to find its footing amidst the ongoing pandemic and political uncertainties is truly commendable. We appreciate what you’ve brought to NJJN and what we know you will continue to bring with you your insight and wisdom.
YJLI elevates advocates of color and system-impacted persons so that our youth justice leaders reflect the communities most affected by the system’s injustices. Your passion, voice, and expertise make us all better. We look forward to you taking on increased leadership within our network as a YJLI alum. We know you will push us, hold us accountable, and make us more thoughtful about our anti-racist advocacy.
Thank you for being a part of our community, and congratulations!
