Tracey Tucker is the Interim Co-Executive Director and Youth Justice Leadership Institute (YJLI) Coordinator at NJJN. Tracey is a YJLI alum and previously served NJJN on the Board and the Membership Advisory Council. Prior to joining NJJN, Tracey worked as the State Policy Manager and Raise the Age SC Coordinator with the Campaign for Youth Justice advocating for youth justice reform efforts in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Throughout her career, Tracey has worked to reform the youth justice system and impact lives with the Richland County Public Defender's Office and ACLU of South Carolina. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Georgia and a Master of Social Work and J.D. from the University of South Carolina.
