Nadine You, NJJN’s Office Manager, provides support to NJJN member organizations, Youth Justice Leadership Institute fellows and NJJN staff. Ms. You joins NJJN from Utah where she
recently moved from California.

Ms. You spent over 30 years in business before joining NJJN. She is passionate about social justice issues and is excited to be involved through NJJN. Ms. You received a B.A. in Organizational Leadership with a minor in History from Arizona State
University.
